Charleston Parks Conservancy • Mart 22, 2010The fenced-in dog run is open for use between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. The off-leash area (outfield of the baseball field) is only open between 6 p.m. and 9 a.m. And don't forget to pick up after your pets!
